with specification against result, and the signature block. The second carries the FTIR
spectrum, the chromatogram, the vial-to-vial conformity table with a statistical summary, and
the methodology notes in plain language.

How a Group Test window works
Two windows a month
The schedule
Windows close on the 1st and 15th of every month. Cut-off is three business days
before, so your vials need to be in Carmona by the 27th or the 12th. Miss it and you roll into
the next window at the same price.
The threshold
A window ships once it reaches ten samples across all clients. If it falls short we
either hold your sample for the next window with your consent, or ship it immediately at the
individual rate and refund you the difference. You are never charged the group rate for an
individual shipment.
When to use it
Right for planned quality control, routine lot checks, and anyone testing more than one
product. Wrong for a supplier dispute you need settled this week — pay the individual
rate, or add priority handling, and skip the queue.

What it really costs to test one vial

A foreign laboratory's headline
price is not what you pay. From the Philippines you also pay your own courier, a card or wire fee, a
foreign-exchange spread, and in one case a minimum order far larger than the test you actually
wanted. Then you carry the customs risk and chase the delay yourself, by email, in someone else's
business hours. Below is the honest arithmetic for a single vial of one common peptide, identity and
purity only.
The short versionOne vial, one third the cost
Against the cheapest realistic total on this table, our group rate still lands
₱6,850 below it once courier and payment costs are counted. Against the laboratory whose
₱19,500 minimum order you cannot avoid, ₱23,500 below. You are not paying us a premium for
convenience — you are paying less because we consolidate.
Your time
Commercial invoice, harmonised code, packing list, courier account, declared value,
research-use declaration. A first shipment realistically costs you an afternoon and one
rejected booking. We do this every week.
The minimum order trap
One benchmarked laboratory will not accept an order under ₱32,500. If you wanted one purity
test you are buying two and a half you did not need, or you are not testing at all.
The delay you cannot escalate
When a parcel sits at a border, a foreign lab tells you to contact the courier. We hold the
account, the reference and the relationship, so the chasing is ours.
About this comparison
The four laboratories above are real, currently trading and well known in this market. We do not
name them here, because a price page is not the place to argue with a competitor and because
their prices change without notice. Every figure is that laboratory's published list price as of
July 2026, converted at ₱65.00 = USD 1.00. Courier is the Philippine retail express rate for a
small parcel to the United States or Europe. Card and wire costs assume a typical Philippine card
or bank at two to four percent all-in, which is what most clients actually pay.

Total typical time is 10 to 18 business days individual, 18 to 25 on a
group window. What we guarantee is Leg 1 plus Leg 3. We do not guarantee Leg 2 and no
laboratory on earth can. If a border holds your parcel, the certificate is late and the test fee
still stands. Priority handling buys you the fastest possible Leg 1 and Leg 3 and a premium
courier for Leg 2 — it does not buy immunity from an inspection.
What we do when something goes wrong
- Within one business day of learning of a hold, delay or examination we tell you, in writing, with the courier reference and the stated reason.
- We do the chasing. Courier escalation, broker follow-up and re-documentation are ours, at no charge to you.
- Inconclusive first result is re-run by the laboratory at no cost to you.
- Missing lot number, unlabelled vial or under-mass sample — we stop and ask rather than guess, which pauses the clock.
What the fee does and does not cover
- No refund or discount for transit or clearance delay. Leg 2 is outside the service.
- Priority handling refunds the priority fee only — never the test fee — and only when the delay sat with us or the laboratory queue, not at a border.
- If a border seizes, refuses or destroys the shipment, the test fee is credited to your account less ₱3,500 export cost per shipment. Peptology is not liable for the market value of the material.
- Sample insurance is available and quoted per shipment. Ask before you ship, not after.
- Once the batch leaves Carmona the order cannot be cancelled.

Sample requirements
- 10 mg net peptide minimum per vial. Talk to us first if your unit is under 5 mg — some analyses become qualitative only.
- Lyophilised powder preferred. Reconstituted material is accepted with a cold-chain arrangement, quoted per shipment.
- Original stoppered vial, unopened, label intact or the lot number written directly on the vial.
- Bubble-wrap each vial individually and include the printed order confirmation in the box.
- One vial per analysis unless the panel says otherwise. Conformity needs one extra vial per comparison point.
- Declare the compound honestly on the intake form, except on a blind submission where we withhold it from the analyst ourselves.
Give your shipment the best chance
- Let us describe it. A vague or inaccurate description on the paperwork is the fastest route to an examination. We word the declaration; you just tell us the truth on the intake form.
- Small and single-purpose beats big and mixed. One box, few vials, honest low declared value clears more cleanly.
- Get it to us early in the week. A Thursday or Friday departure often means a weekend sitting in a facility somewhere.
- Never split one lot across two shipments. If one parcel is held, the conformity comparison is broken.
- Tell us if a shipment of yours has ever been held or refused. It changes how we route and document it.
- Do not send anything you cannot afford to lose. Samples are consumed by analysis and never come back.

Questions and terms
Who actually performs the analysis?
Peptology Analytical acts as submitting agent, exporter of record and certifying
party. Laboratory analysis is performed by our contracted analytical partner in the United
States. Results relate only to the sample as received and to the lot identified on the
certificate. A certificate covering identity, purity and potency does not report on particulate
matter, microbial contamination or endotoxin content unless those analyses were separately
ordered and appear on the same certificate.
Can I use a result to clear a product for human use?
No. All testing is offered for research and quality-control purposes. It
is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic or veterinary use, and a result must
never be presented as clearance for human administration.
How do you handle payment, and in what currency?
GCash, bank transfer or card, in Philippine pesos, in full, before the batch
leaves Carmona. Card processor fees are passed through at cost. All figures are exclusive of VAT
and are all-in for courier, export handling, analysis and one certificate. USD figures shown on
this page are for comparison only at a reference rate of ₱65.00 = USD 1.00, and are not an offer
to bill in dollars. Prices hold through 31 October 2026 and are revised if the peso moves more
than 5% against that rate.
How do the volume and group discounts actually apply?
Ladder discounts apply per shipment, not per account, and are calculated on
testing lines only. Group Test rates require the batch to reach the laboratory's volume
threshold. If a window closes short we will either hold your sample for the next window with your
consent, or ship it at the individual rate and refund the difference.
Do I get my vials back?
No. Submitted material is consumed or retained by the laboratory and is not
returned. Destruction follows the laboratory's standard schedule after reporting. Sample
insurance is available and quoted per shipment; ask before you ship, not after.
Can I cancel, and what happens if customs seizes my parcel?
Cancellation. Once the batch leaves Carmona the order cannot be
cancelled.
Seizure, refusal or destruction by a border authority. If a border seizes, refuses or
destroys the shipment, the test fee is credited to your account less ₱3,500 export cost per
shipment. Peptology is not liable for the market value of the material.
Is my data confidential?
Lot data, brand names and results are not published, shared or used in marketing
without your written instruction. Verification pages expose only what you choose.
